 Upcoming History Walks for 2025

      Montour Falls History Walks

 Enjoy a pleasant walk through the village of Montour  Falls and on the Catharine Valley Trail as you learn about the local history of the area, and tread on the very ground where it all happened.  The walk is free and open to the public.  It lasts around one hour.
All the walks are on Saturdays and begin in front of the Montour Falls Library.  Dates and times for the walks:
    
      Sat. May 3        11 am
      Sat. June 28    11 am
      Sat. July 19      11 am
      Sat. Aug. 16     11 am

    Watkins Glen History Walks

Come learn about the fascinating history of Watkins Glen as we walk on the streets of the village.  The walks begin at the Seneca Lake pier by Captain Bill's Boat Rides on Seneca Lake at the end of Franklin Street at 10 a.m.  The one-hour walks are free and open to the public.  Dates for the walks:
